Do you ever feel anxious? Like you just can’t stop the worry? Tea can help, seriously! You can actually calm anxiety with tea.
Often I will get nervous when the boys have gone out for a ride with my husband? I’m sure they will be fine, but I can’t seem to get rid of that nagging feeling. Then I found the best tea in the whole world!

The best teas in the whole world!
First, off I have to admit that when I was younger and feeling sick or was having girl time with my mom we would often brew up some fruit flavored teas. Naturally, teas can be soothing and I just love Celestial Seasons which I grew up on. I also like to use Detox tea, because I feel like it get the impurities out of my body…but I digress.
Celestial Seasons Sleepytime Tea
So, the first tea that I started using to calm my worry episodes was Sleepytime tea. I know it says sleepy time, but when I am stressed out or anxious it does not put me to sleep. It just calms me down and takes the edge off of what I am feeling…naturally. I also actually like the taste of it, so it makes for a great evening addition.
The next tea that I found is Stress relief tea by yogi. This tea is amazing too, you literally can feel yourself coming to a peaceful point. I love to use this tea when I have had a stressful day at work or if I am having symptoms of anxiety. It is seriously worth keeping in your pantry for emergency situations 😉 It also comes in Relaxed Mind, Calming and Comforting Chamomile. So you can find the one that works best for you.
Sometimes the symptoms of stress, worry and anxiousness can really get to us. Fortunately, we can have an arsenal of items to combat those symptoms so we can live more fruitful and happy healthy lives.
Hope you enjoy the tea!
Live without fear ya’ll
